You may have noticed that Lake Red Rock has gone down considerably in the past week or two, but according to Jamie Gyloai with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, the lake is still actually above its normal elevation. The current elevation is 745 feet above sea level, and the normal elevation is 742 feet. The lake has actually dropped 11 feet from its highest mark in mid-March.
