A design has been selected for a pocket-park planned at the Old Coastal Mart property in Knoxville. Streetscape Committee member Carolyn Formanek says members from the Knoxville Streetscape Committee and Knoxville Federated Garden Club selected Mayor Harv Sprafkas plan, which was one of the three submitted pocket-park designs.
