Baron Davis of Hamilton took 1st place overall in the men’s division of the 3rd Annual Knoxville Nationals 1/3 Marathon and Sterling Physical Therapy 4K Saturday morning. Kris Cunningham of Knoxville took 1st in the women’s division during the event, which was presented by the Pella Rolscreen Foundation. Jaime VanderVeer of Knoxville took 1st place overall in the 4K. Race director Joe Cunningham says all proceeds from the races went towards scholarships for local graduates. The KNIA/KRLS Big Red Radio was also at Auld Park, playing music at the event. Participants came as far away as Utah and New Jersey.
