Twin Cedars volleyball begins practice today for the 2009 season. The Sabers won the Bluegrass Conference last season and advanced to the Regional Finals last year, and will look to senior outside hitter Lindsey Hoehns and setter Daniela Goemaat to lead Twin Cedars deep into the postseason this year. Some work remains for T-C as they look to reload in a few positions and gain chemistry with their respective line-up of six.
