Knoxville returns seven seniors to this season’s volleyball program. The Panthers will be led by senior front row players and twin sisters Mandi and Alissa Deutch (DOYT-ch). Also back this season is Libero (luh-BEAR-oh) Tera Bumgartner…along with leading server Kelli Danner. Coach Eric Fee says the seniors will have to show the way for the younger players this season. He adds with the seniors there is a problem with depth…but hopes to have that solved by the time the season gets underway. Fee says he is not opposed to having a sophomore or freshman come off the bench and contribute.
