P-C-M and Melcher-Dallas went toe-to-toe in volleyball last night with the Mustangs winning three games to one. The Saints won the first game 25-18 before P-C-M went on to win the next three 25-20, 25-21, and 25-15. Senior setter Bri Zerley turned in a solid performance for the Mustangs, contributing 23 assists and delivering six aces. The win moves P-C-M to a 2 and 3 record, and the Mustangs will travel to Grinnell on Thursday to face the Tigers and will also play Davis County. Melcher-Dallas, who played in their season opener last night, will look for their first win on Saturday morning in a tournament at Albia.
