A contract for vegetative maintenance services at Lake Red Rock was recently awarded to a Minnesota company by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Zumbro Valley Forestry was awarded the federal contract for up to $52,800 for work to be performed around the lake. Tree trimming and removal and the clearing of invasive plant species are among the tasks to be completed in the ongoing project.
