Have fun, but be smart and safe this Homecoming week in Knoxville. That’s according to Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada. He reminds students never to drink under age, drink and drive or pull pranks on other residents. He says what some may consider a joke others would take seriously, and he encourages any residents to contact law enforcement with suspicious activity.
