Indianola/Knoxville fell to Ankeny in girls swimming last night 98-to-72. Knoxville’s Christina Ambergy won the 100 freestyle. Coach Kurt Lickiss said the girls swam very competitively with one of the better teams in the C-I-M-L. He added there are still some nagging injuries the girls are working through…but they are putting forth the effort needed to give Indianola a chance in every meet they go to.
