Results from the recently compiled Annual Progress Report at Pella Christian Grade School showed high percentages of academic proficiency across the board. Students in fourth and eighth grades were tested in math and reading, along with science for eighth grade alone. At each level, the percentage of students proficient in the subject matter ranked above the statewide average, and well above national numbers. Students at Pella Christian also met or exceeded all but one of the district’s academic goals that had been set for the 08-09 school year.
