A fund for Knoxville’s K-9 police dog is getting another $1,000 donation. Randy Chambers of Iowa Realty in Knoxville tells KNIA/KRLS News he received the money by winning honorable mention in the Iowa Association of Realtors “Good Neighbor Award” event Wednesday in Council Bluffs, which recognizes realtors for efforts that benefit communities outside of the realty realm. Chambers, who is involved in the Knoxville K-9 Unit Program, says he is honored to have received the recognition and will donate the money to the program.
