One thing that came out of Knoxville’s 28-14 loss to Norwalk last Friday was the Panthers cleaned up penalties. Against Chariton the week before, Knoxville committed nearly 100 yards in penalties, this past Friday the Panthers were flagged just four times for 40 yards. Coach Chris Hudson said the line play was much cleaner and did a better job of protecting quarterback Adam Theil. He adds Knoxville will have to play even better tomorrow night as Grinnell comes in and sports one of the quickest defenses around.
