Pleasantville was very balanced in its loss to Mount Ayr on Friday Night. The Trojans rushed for 180 yards and passed for 192. The 372 yards of total offense will usually win a ballgame. However Coach Tim Korselman said his team just could not push the ball in the end zone on a consistent basis. He adds that being balanced has always been a thing Pleasantville teams strive for. Pleasantville hosts Central Decatur in the Trojans final home game of the season this Friday. Korselman says the Cardinals provide a unique test with their passing attack and quarterback who can do it all.
