Twin Cedars will have the week off from football this week. Week eight would have been the week the Sabers played Russell during district season but two years ago Russell School shut down leaving an open space. Twin Cedars could not find a non-district team to play in week eight, and that is the reason the Sabers played Iowa Christian/Ankeny Christian in Week Zero. Coach Jared Jensen says they will take this week to evaluate some thins and hopefully get healthy in preparation for next week’s game with Melcher-Dallas.
