The Pella Christian cross country teams have been running some of their best meets all year as of late, and the Eagles’ are hoping that can translate into success at today’s District Meet.

Pella Christian Head Coach Jocilyn Meinders says her teams will face some stiff competition, though, with the likes of ranked teams from PCM, East Marshall and North Polk, but says her athletes are excited about the opportunity to go out and show people what they’re capable of.

Also joining Pella Christian and PCM at the District Meet in Nodaway Valley, will be Pleasantville, with the event starting at 3:30 p.m. today.
