Before the soggy weather set in this week, crews finished the main paving on South Fifth Street. Public Works Director Jeff May says crews finished the main-line paving and will finish paving the driveways as soon as weather permits. May adds the mainline for Competine Street has also been paved, with Phase I to be completed this year, and Phase II wrapping up this spring.
