Central rolled to a 4-1 Iowa Conference men’s soccer win over Buena Vista Saturday. The victory keeps hopes flickering for a berth in the six-team league tournament. Much like the rest of the season, the Central College women’s soccer team’s effort was there, but the results on the scoreboard were not as Buena Vista posted a 2-0 Iowa Conference victory Saturday. That completes a 1-18 season for the freshman-dominated Dutch squad, which finished 0-8 in conference play.
