While the season did not reflect it, Knoxville can look back on its football season and see a lot of good things that happened.  Even with many of the lopsided scores, Coach Chris Hudson says the Panthers never gave in and were always giving the effort that he expected.  He adds the running game when it was going was very good proved with runners Tyler Worrall gaining 553 yards and eight touchdowns while Dylan Schrader gained 497 yards and two touchdowns.  Knoxville finished the 2009 campaign with a 2-7 record.
