Weight training and agility are two things that Knoxville Football Coach Chris Hudson says must improve for Knoxville to contend in class 3A next season. He wants the guys to play other sports to stay in shape, but there must be time made for lifting weights. He says there are several players coming back next season who can get stronger if they get in the weight room.
