More honors are coming in for Twin Cedars Volleyball Player Lindsay Hoehns as she has been selected as a finalist in the 2009 Wendy’s High School Heisman. The high school Heisman is awarded to senior boys and girls for excellence in the class room, on the playing field and community and school leadership. Her Coach Amber Walker says Hoehns was more than a major part of the team. Of the over 41,000 applicants nation-wide, two winners will be chosen from each state, and those winners will then be trimmed down to 12 national finalists who will then be invited to the National Heisman Awards Banquet in New York City.
