Members of the Knoxville Boxing Club shed their gloves and picked up rakes Saturday, helping clean up residents’ front yards. Lee Sandmeier and Adam Glover tell KNIA/KRLS News that the self-respect, discipline and hard work learned in boxing helps translate into respect for others and giving back to the community. Earlier in the year, Boxing Club members helped clean-up and paint the baseball field at Auld Park.
