Twin Cedars is anticipating its first girls basketball game of the season on Monday night when the Sabers take on Carlisle in Pleasantville. Coach Justin Nolte says 18 girls are out this season and that means they can scrimmage more in practice and run more drills. He adds they had a scrimmage at Montezuma last week and was pleased with how things when. He says scoring will be a big issue this year as he wants more girls to put points on the board than just Lyndsey Hoehns.
