Knoxville has jumped out to a two-and-oh start in the girls basketball season. The Panthers have to replace four starters from last season and if the first two games are any indication, so far the girls are doing a good job. Coach Jim Utimarkt says it was good to have the first game Friday night go down to the wire to give some of the players the experience they need to know what to do in end game situations. Knoxville is off until next Tuesday against Grinnell. The Panthers got to see the Tigers over the weekend in the Panther Tip-Off Classic.
