Winter is on the horizon, and Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada says its important residents know the rules of the city’s snow ordinance when it goes into effect. He says residents can park on city streets only after the storms stops and the streets have been plowed curb to curb. Losada says residents are responsible for cleaning the sidewalks in front of their homes and businesses. Chief Losada makes sure to call KNIA/KRLS to activate the snow ordinance.
