Knoxville came away with a 1-4 record at the Oskaloosa Duals on Saturday. The Panthers win came over Ottumwa 62-24. Knoxville lost to East Marshall 45-33, also Waterloo West, Southeast Polk, and one of the top ranked team in the nation Ballard. Lane Colwell had a good day for Knoxville going four-and-one. Heavyweight Josh Swan and freshman and 145 pounder Colton Spaur scored three-and-one records. Coach Eric Whitcome says the guys are wrestling well and he is seeing all of good effort. Now he adds the challenge is to go from being competitive to winning matches.
