Knoxville Mayor Harv Sprafka will hold his final Coffee with the Mayor Thursday before Mayor-Elect Don Zoutte takes office in January. The coffee will be held from 4 to 5 pm in the Knoxville Public Library 2nd floor. This is an opportunity to meet with the Mayor Sprafka for the last time to share your concerns, ideas, and comments.
