City road crews are still removing snow and treating streets after the winter storm over the holiday weekend. According to Knoxville city officials, trucks were out and about downtown Monday and removed dozens of truckloads of snow. They managed to clear out all of the alleys yesterday and hope to have the rest of the snow removed from the square by the end of today. Pella Public works department says their work crews are still putting down sand and salt on roads and removing snow that has accumulated in areas around town.
