Knoxville fell to A-D-M in boy’s basketball Saturday 63-to-53. The Tigers threatened to blow the game out in the first half as their lead grew to as many as 17 points. However, in the second half Knoxville closed the deficit to ten on several occasions but never could get any closer. Mike Jacks and Luke Moore led Knoxville with 13 points. One key stat in the game was Knoxville going 9/22 from the free throw line while A-D-M was 15/18. Coach Brad McWilliams says with the weather calming down a bit and no game scheduled for Tuesday, this gives the team a chance to practice a full week leading up to Grinnell on Friday. Knoxville is now 1-8 on the season and is off until Friday when the Panthers host Grinnell.
