The Knoxville City Council met in closed session Monday night to discuss collective bargaining issues. Following the meeting, City Manager Dick Schrad said that they council has accepted a position on the matter and that things were going in the right direction. Schrad says things look good for the future and they hope to not end up in arbitration.
