New charges have been filed on the Harvey couple arrested for methamphetamine charges on Thursday, January 14th. Ricky Lee Maples has been charged with 3 counts of pharmaceutical sales restriction and possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver over 5 grams, which is a B felony. Christina Louise Thomas faces charges of 4 counts of pharmaceutical sales restriction and possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver. Currently, Maples is in the Marion County Jail with a bond set at $240,000 and Thomas has a bond of $241,000 set. In addition, during the search of the home sheriff’s deputies found times that were confirmed to be stolen or taken through burglaries in both Marion and Mahaska counties.
