The Park Rangers at Lake Red Rock will be hosting a pair of snowshoe hikes this month. Participants will search for animal tracks and other clues of the activity happening in the wilderness – even during winter. Snowshoes will be available to borrow for the program, but those who have their own are encouraged to bring them along. The “Winter’s Wonders Snowshoe Hikes” will be held on February 6th and 13th beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the North Overlook Picnic area. For more information, contact Park Ranger Tracy Spry at 828-7522 or 628-8690.
