There are no services planned at this time for Frank Herald, age 93 of Chariton. Frank Herald passed away Sunday, January 31, 2010 at the Chariton Nursing and Rehab Center. He was preceded in death by his wife Ella in 2005 and is survived by his daughter Jan Herald-Conradt of Chicago, IL.
