Students in Pella High School’s AcaPella and Dutch Divas show choirs are performing Saturday at West Liberty’s “Stars on Stage” competition. The ensembles will compete against 14 other schools during a daytime round, with the top five schools – regardless of class – performing again in the finals. Director Michelle Chaplin says they are excited to compete against some of the most talented groups in the state. Both the Dutch Divas and AcaPella competed Monday at the State Show Choir contest in Keota.
