A hearing date in the trial of a Pella man accused of Enticing Away a Minor has been postponed until April. 39-year-old Quintin H. VanRheenen was scheduled to appear in court this past Tuesday, but an order for a continuance to April 27th was approved in the case.

VanRheenen faces two counts of Enticing Away a Minor, stemming from two alleged incidents in the fall of 2009. The charge is an aggravated misdemeanor, with each count carrying a maximum punishment of two years in prison and a fine of up to $6,250. VanRheenen has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
