Funeral services for Gerald Bates, age 89 of Montezuma and formerly of Deep River, will be held on Monday, March 8th at 10:00 am at the Holland-Coble Funeral Home in Montezuma. Visitation will begin after 11:00 am Sunday with the family present from 5:00 to 7:00 at the funeral home. Interment will be held in the Golden Rod Cemetery in Deep River.
