Funeral services for Dorothy M. Riggen, age 93 of Harvey, will be held on Wednesday, March 10th at 11:00 am at Williams Funeral Home in Knoxville. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Knoxville. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 9th from 3:00 to 8:00 pm with family present from 5:00 to 8:00 at the funeral home.
