KNIA/KRLS radio is installing a new digital automation system this week. This new system will allow the KNIA/KRLS staff and news team to better deliver our local news and information to the Marion County area over the radio and the internet. You may notice some short program interruptions over the week. These interruptions should be short lived and are part of the installation process of the new system. While many radio stations today are cutting staff and simply replacing them with computer automation, we are using the automation system to enhance the news, sports, weather, and other local content our staff is currently providing. System installation should be complete by the end of the week. KNIA/KRLS is committed to bringing you the best local news coverage and continues to invest in new equipment and technologies to bring you that news and information in a timely manner.
