Former Knoxville Girls Basketball standout Courtney Kingery recently completed her freshman season at A-I-B in Des Moines. Kingery averaged nearly 13 points per game and was named to the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference Third Team All-Region. Kingery says playing college basketball was a great experience and is looking forward to next season. A-I-B was an improved team this season going from three wins the year before to posting an 11-17 record this season. In related sports, former P-C-M standout Katlyn Wood was named to the first team All-Region from D-MACC.
