Funeral services for Beverly Jean Lewis of Knoxville will be held on Friday, March 26, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Knoxville. Burial will follow in Lincoln Cemetery. Visitation will begin after 10:00 a.m. on Thursday at the Bybee & Davis Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the Family. Beverly passed away on Saturday, March 20, 2010 at the University of Iowa Hospital at the age of 66 years, 9 months and 26 days. She worked at West Ridge Nursing and Rehab Center for over 30 years and at Jefferson Place in Pella until her retirement in 2008. Survivors include her husband, Robert Lewis; daughter, Michelle (Michael) Jerkins of Knoxville; grandchildren, Logan Lewis and Hannah Jerkins; parents, Myrle and Marjorie Cushman of Titonka; grandmother, Teresa Rudisill of Woden; siblings, Richard (Diane) Cushman of Knoxville, Earl (Barb) Cushman of Humboldt, Daryl (Jenell) Cushman of Fairmont, MN, Julie (Kevin) Thiel of Alexandria, MN; sister-in-law, Marsha (Larry) Patten of Graettenger, along with nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.
