Friday is the final day of Severe Weather Awareness Week and focuses on family preparedness. Marion County Emergency Management Coordinator Jeff Anderson says it is a good idea this time of year to put together storm plans. He says families and businesses should locate the best place to seek shelter during severe weather, and it is beneficial for people to practice what they are going storms hit the area.
