The Knoxville City Council will hold a work session Monday evening. Items on the agenda include two change orders for the 2009 Newbold Drive Sanitary Sewer Extension Project along with a goal setting session. The meeting will take place at 5pm Monday in the Council Chambers of the Knoxville City hall.
