Knoxville’s Chris Hudson has resigned as football coach. His resignation was accepted by the school board at their meeting last night. Hudson compiled a 9-18 record in three seasons as varsity head coach. Hudson did not immediately give a reason for stepping down. He will remain in the Knoxville School system as a middle school teacher. According to Knoxville Athletic Director Randy Wilson, the search for a successor will begin right away.
