Today is April 15 and the deadline to file tax returns. If you are not filing on-line, returns need to be postmarked today. The Knoxville Post Office will be open today from 8:30AM to 4:30 PM. Rosetta Roose with the Knoxville Post office says that people dropping off towards the end of they day might want to arrive a few minutes early in case there is a small crowd. Ken Krpan with the Pella Post Office tells KNIA KRLS News that the Pella Post Office will be open until five. Most other area post offices close at 4:30.
