Pella Regional Health Center also scored well on the assessment, including an 81% Overall Hospital Rating and strong scores in communication with nurses and communication with doctors. Pella Regional spokeswoman Billie Rhamy tells KNIA/KRLS News that the hospital was excited about their overall ranking. She said the rating takes into account everything the patient encounters: doctors, nurses, other staff, the facility and more, and was a high ranking in comparison to peer hospitals in the area.
