Funeral services for Joe Ann Noble, age 79 of Monroe, will be held on Friday, May 14th at the Monroe United Methodist Church at 10:30 am with burial following at Silent City Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 13th from 2:00 to 8:00 pm at Coburn Funeral Home in Monroe. The family will greet friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
