Iowa telecom tells KNIA KRLS News that long distance telephone services are down all over the state.  Reports are that a fiber-optic line in altoona was cut by another company.  There is no estimated time as to when service will be available.  Stay tuned to KNIA KRLS and we will provide updates as soon as they become official.
