Pleasantville is preparing for the class two-A boys golf district in Carroll this Friday. Coach Ted Meyers enjoys this time of the year, because his team has the opportunity to play several 18-hole tournaments back-to-back, and adds that prepares his team for the postseason. Pleasantville finished fourth at Monday’s Pella Christian Invitational and now will look forward to the District in Carroll on Friday. Pleasantville needs to finish in the top two for a spot at the state meet at the Carroll Country Club.
