Seniors at the Knoxville Recreation Center exercised to a Hawaiian theme Thursday. Approximately 30 people gyrated, stretched, and grew stronger in colorful prints and flowers. Marilyn Miller, one of the seniors who helped plan the event, says that the idea was to do something different for fun. She says that it is a great class, and that the instructors make sure that everyone has fun while they exercise.
