Visitation will begin after 12:00 p.m. on Sunday with the family receiving friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and a Masonic service at 1:30 p.m.

Jack passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at Park Lane Village.  He worked as a dental tech at the VA for 36 years until his retirement in 1985.  Survivors include his children, Dennis Jack (Sylvia) Bailey of Beaufort, SC, Ronald Charles “Chub” (Lillian) Bailey of Columbiana, OH, Corlinda (Jim) Evans of Knoxville, Marty (Robert) Cline of Winterset, Karin (Mike) Sparks of Knoxville; 11 grandchildren, 17 great- grandchildren and one on the way, 1 great-great grandchild, along with many friends.
