After a weekend off the Pella Christian baseball team returns to action tonight hosting a varsity doubleheader with Newton. The Eagles are coming off a win over Oskaloosa Friday night where they scored 10 runs in the fifth inning to come from behind and get a 15-9 win. Tonight begins a very busy week for the Eagles as they are scheduled to play a total of eight games in the next six days with to doubleheaders, and the Pellas Christian Tournament all this week. The Eagles are 10-1 on the season and 4-1 in the Little Hawkeye Conference. Tonight’s action starts at 5:30pm at the Pella Christian baseball complex.
